Carole LeRoy of Appleton, Wisconsin. Carole LeRoy is an Ergonomic Specialist, RN, artist and quilter. She has been sewing garments and quilting for over forty years. Her expertise in ergonomics was adapted for machine quilting when she realized that many of her fellow quilters were suffering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and neck and back pain without receiving professional medical help. This realization brought about her book, Pain Free Quilting. With Carole's art/design background, free-motion machine quilting was a natural fit. Carole lectures for national and international quilt shows, and runs "Quilt-N-Be" Bed & Breakfast in Appleton, Wisconsin.
