Supplier Member Services and Benefits
These are some of the benefits you can look forward to receiving if you sign up as a supplier.
- You can have questions about your products / company e-mailed directly
to your spokesperson and have your responses published for all to see.
You are also the moderator of your forum and can edit / manage the
discussions in your area.
- You will be listed as a corporate sponsor on our site, with a link
to your website. Individual members are requested to patronize our sponsors.
- You will have FREE access to summary data we compile on our individual
members (demographics, interests, etc.) – the home machine quilting
market.
- FREE evaluation of your existing sales, marketing and advertising
materials. Y2 Marketing services, a sponsor, will provide a free evaluation

- Visible location to post press releases on new products announcements,
etc.
- Source of industry news and information.
- Discounts on Marketing and Research Services. HMQA and selected sponsors,
offer a wide variety of professional services to members.
- FREE, or Sponsor discounts, on research reports. HMQA will facilitate
industry studies, surveys or research sponsored by multiple suppliers.
These may then be offered FREE or for a nominal fee to association members.

- Member discounts on web-casts. These short video productions are
a unique marketing tool, since they are typically interviews with
company executives on issues of general interest to the marketplace.
It provides a forum to educate the market, express opinions and establish
credibility with your market without appearing to be marketing or

for information on next year’s show.
- Survey services. Individual members express their interest in participating
in surveys. Because of our focused membership and existing demographic
data on members, we can provide unique advantages in conducting surveys.
We also do periodic surveys ourselves, and will consider inclusion of
specific questions from member suppliers. Contact

- We are a marketing channel for your out-dated, overstock, or other
un-wanted merchandise. We do not compete with industry suppliers, but
offer limited supply, bargain merchandise (minimum of 30% off list) of
interest to our individual members. This will typically be non-branded
merchandise, so it will not interfere with your normal sales channels
or pricing, but will provide you a higher recovery than other alternatives.
We will take orders and pass to you for drop-shipment or may warehouse

- Periodic editorials in our newsletter. If this is of interest, please
contact us providing a list of subjects they
on which you could do an editorial that would be of general interest.
- Discount on advertising in our newsletter. Advertising will be open
to any advertiser, but rates are discounted for members. Contact

- Member lists with contact information for your prospect database
– available only if it has been specifically authorized by the member.

a primary resource for our individual members and would welcome additional
